Help us honor, celebrate and work for the Earth on Earth’s special day, Earthday! Spend the morning and/or the afternoon working with the Naturalists on projects to improve the land, shoreline and wetlands at Schlitz Audubon. We will be picking Garlic Mustard and sampling a recipe or two. We will collect litter from the shoreline and record our findings with the Alliance for the Great Lakes. We’ll also find out more about the mystery snails in Mystery Lake and see how many we can remove by land or CANOE! This event is free but we ask you to please RSVP for AM, PM or both! Our morning session will run from 10am-12pm. bring a pack lunch (12-1pm) and visit with some of our raptors from 1-2pm. Our afternoon session will begin at 2pm and go until 4pm.
